Introduction
Hello, I'm Melita. I'm an eighteen-year-old student living in Germany with a soft spot for history, especially the era of Frontier America, a.k.a. the Wild West. Western novels, old western films, country and folk music, frontier history… I adore it all, with a love like no other.
Most of my free time ends up going toward drawing, reading, experimenting with code, or occasionally trying to convince my banjo to cooperate.
I'm not very active in fandom communities, but there are a few works I return to often: Disco Elysium, Red Dead Redemption, Team Fortress 2, and Golden Kamuy.
About this website
This website is a small personal refuge on the internet. I built it partly to step away from the noise and pace of social media, and partly to have a place where I can archive things properly. Design-wise, my main goal was simply to make something calm and easy to read. Underneath that, though, it's very much a living project. The code is messy, things move around often, and the whole site doubles as a long-term experiment.
